At Precision Pilates, we are committed to preserving Joseph Pilates’ original method because we’ve experienced its power firsthand. Our own bodies have transformed, healed, and grown stronger through this work, and we’ve witnessed countless clients experience the same. Precision Pilates is dedicated exclusively to the Authentic Pilates Method. As the first fully equipped Classical Pilates studio east of Boston and Toronto, we bring unmatched experience to the region. Our Senior Teachers have completed over 1,200 hours of rigorous training, and all other instructors have more than 800 hours. With this depth of knowledge and genuine passion, our expert team is here to support your goals and celebrate your success every step of the way.
